The singer writes and composes her own songs on the 5-track EP, which is inspired by her upbringing by a mother in Jehova’s witnesses and a muslim father. The EP focuses on breaking free from a culture of restrictions and emerging as a “Blue Dragon” or “Lan Long” as she is nicknamed in China.
